Frac unit RR1500 resumed by Jereh Company has been put into use in Qinghai Oilfield. This model of frac units, produced by American Western Company, were integrated with advanced electrical control system, pneumatic control systems, hydraulic systems and manufacturing technologies. It is the key equipment to increase the production. This Frac unit RR1500 was crashed down from the hill road of Nanyi Mountain in Qinghai Province in July, 2000. The entire truck was severely damaged, nearly discarded ( As shown in the following picture: it was totally deformed). This successful resumption of this frac unit is a mark that the maintenance level of Jereh has reached the advanced international standards and we have the confidence of providing the most excellent service to the domestic customers.

　In May of 2001, our engineers were sent to Qinghai to resume this truck. Depending on their hard working and the professional maintenance technologies and advantages in supplying imported parts, they succeeded in settling numerous technical problems and three months later, we finally completed the resumption in high-quality and lower cost. After testing, all the technical datas are in accordance with the requirements and the performance was improved over 90% of the original one. Till now this unit still works well after having acidized and fractured for tens of times.
